Mykhailo Dianov, a former soldier of the 36th Separate Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who became famous thanks to the legendary photo from Azovstal, married his beloved Myroslava. He published a photo with his wife against the background of Ternopil Pond.

Earlier, Dianov told hromadske that Myroslava works for Oblenergo [an oblast electricity distributor] in Ternopil and has a son from her first marriage. The couple met last autumn during a chance meeting.

Quote:"When we met, I thought she was ten years younger than me, but it turned out she was only 10 days younger. We are people of the same time, from the same city; we speak the same language and we like the same music. We are very close".

• Mykhailo Dianov became famous worldwide thanks to a photo from Azovstal, in which he smiles despite a serious injury to his hand
• The Mariupol defender was captured in May 2022 and was exchanged in September of the same year. After his return, Mykhailo underwent a series of operations on his hand.
• Currently, Dianov works as a policeman in Ternopil and also builds a house and a workshop where he wants to do metalworking.
