He has a strong team of experts, and I can say that with confidence.”According to political analyst Saakyan, Kellogg could serve as a key link between the U.S. military-industrial complex, the Pentagon, the General Staff, and the White House.“This is a unique role that he’s almost exclusively suited for. Yes, others could do it, but not many,” Saakyan added. “That’s why during his week-long visit to Ukraine, he told one journalist that he didn’t even have time for breakfast. His schedule is packed, mostly with meetings related to defense.”The US Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, announced that he would arrive in Kyiv on July 14 for a week-long visit.
