Around 10 fortified soil-covered bunkers, 12 uncovered concrete bunkers, and eight hangar buildings were built on the aprons.Planet Labs images from June 27 confirm this, showing fortified hangars at the same airbase.Similar activity was spotted at the Saky airbase in occupied Crimea. Images from July 9 show two concrete bunkers under construction, and Planet Labs images from July 7 show concrete shelters for aircraft.Frontelligence reported no construction work at the Dzhankoy base in occupied Crimea.Satellite images from July 9 show wreckage from destroyed aircraft still present at the Belaya airbase in the Irkutsk region and the Olenya airbase in the Murmansk region following Operation Spider Web.Russian officials and military bloggers have been blaming the leadership for not protecting military infrastructure from Ukrainian drone strikes throughout the full-scale war.
