The second strike was recorded in Building No. 1, where Workshop No. 17 for radio-electronic devices is located.Russian media report that the targeted Stavropol Radio Plant Signal produces active jamming stations for aviation, ground, and naval use.Eyewitnesses said explosions began around 5 a.m. in Stavropol. The strikes hit industrial facilities, causing a fire. Stavropol Krai Governor Vladimir Vladimirov reported no casualties.According to the media, the plant manufactures radio countermeasure stations to protect frontline aviation aircraft called Gardenia, as well as Topol-E — ground-based stations that create jamming against long-range radar detection and control aircraft Hokai. Signal is under sanctions from the European Union, the United States, Ukraine, and Japan.Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry claimed to have allegedly shot down 24 drones over Bryansk region, 12 over Rostov region, two drones over Oryol and Tula regions, and one over Belgorod region.Russia also reported intercepting four drones over the Azov Sea, three over the Black Sea, and six drones over temporarily occupied Crimea.
