The Turkish TV channel NTV reported the information.The minister said the July 23 talks between Ukrainian and Russian delegations in Istanbul focused on the conditions and arrangements for a possible leaders’ meeting.“In principle, an agreement was reached to hold a leaders’ summit in Turkey. At this stage, the main responsibility lies with the negotiating delegations,” he said.Fidan noted he sees a desire to reach a “common solution.”“If things continue this way, I believe an interim solution will emerge. Each side has its trump card they haven’t revealed. We are trying to create a favorable atmosphere for this,” added the Turkish Foreign Minister.On July 23, the third round of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia took place in Istanbul. The main topics were ceasefire, prisoner release, and organizing a meeting between Zelenskyy and Putin.The Russian leader's spokesman Dmitry Peskov expressed doubts about the likelihood of a meeting between Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy by the end of August.
