Information about casualties is being clarified.As of 12:32 a.m., Vitali Klitschko reported that medics were called to the Solomianskyi district.“Damage or fires caused by the Russian attack have been recorded at six locations in the Solomianskyi district and one in the Sviatoshynskyi district. The attack on the capital is ongoing. Among them are 9 children. Unfortunately, the number will likely rise. Two Kyiv residents died as a result of a targeted strike by Russian terrorists. This is also probably not the final count. The rescue operation continues,” Tkachenko said.As of 08:51 a.m., Vitali Klitschko reported that people may still be trapped under the rubble of a residential building in the Sviatoshynskyi district, and rescue efforts are ongoing.He also added that help centers have been set up in the city to assist all those affected.Poltava regionAs reported by the head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Kohut, debris from a Russian drone fell in the Kremenchuk district, causing a fire in an outbuilding.“The blast wave damaged a private house.
