Boryslav Bereza, former member of the Ukrainian Parliament, said this in The World and Us program.“When people talk about military cooperation, there are certain aspects that hardly anyone in Ukraine mentions. For example, Israel provided Ukraine with an early warning system. And it sat in warehouses. It sat there for a very long time,” he said.Boryslav Bereza noted that Israel chooses the path of quiet assistance to Ukraine. He believes this is the right approach.“Later, Israel quietly and respectfully transferred several other items, but once those were publicly discussed, Israel didn’t like it. They prefer the quiet assistance route. For example, when Israeli-made RADA-42 or RADA-82 radars appear in Ukraine – at the front line, in Kyiv – and it’s thanks to these radars that Shahed drones are being shot down today, very little is said about it. But that’s a good thing. In general, Israel prefers a path where nobody talks, but weapons appear in Ukraine. Perhaps this is the way we should continue moving forward,” the politician added.
