The Center for Countering Disinformation wrote this on its Telegram channel."The publications use real photographs, but they have no connection to France or the Louvre museum. In reality, these pictures were taken in Poland, and the men in the photo were detained for attempting to steal a tractor," the message states. The photo clearly shows a Polish police uniform with the inscription POLICJA, whereas a French uniform would have the inscription Police Nationale. It is emphasized that neither French law enforcement nor local media have reported the detention of Ukrainians for robbing the Louvre."Such disinformation campaigns have one goal — to discredit Ukrainian refugees in Europe and create a negative image of Ukrainians," the Center for Countering Disinformation stressed. On October 23, it became known that propagandists in Polish social media are spreading a fake video in which a Ukrainian woman supposedly complains about humanitarian aid from a charitable organization.
