Dmytro Usov, Secretary of the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, stated this, Ukrinform reports."We have established that 46,327 of our citizens have been forcibly mobilized from the occupied territories and annexed Crimea. These people are fighting against us," he stated.Usov clarified, citing data from February 24, 2022, to July 2025, that the Russians mobilized 5,368 Ukrainians from the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk region, 4,650 in the Luhansk region, 560 in the Zaporizhzhia region, and 478 in the Kherson region. At the same time, 35,272 people were mobilized in Crimea, with another 5,368 in Sevastopol.According to the Secretary of the Coordination Headquarters, this information was obtained by Ukrainian intelligence and has been confirmed by the Russian side.At the same time, Usov added that in Ukrainian camps for prisoners of war, 16% of the individuals are citizens of Ukraine, 6% of whom are from Crimea.Previously, the National Resistance Center reported that the Russian command forces those mobilized from the temporarily occupied territories to sign a contract, after which they are transferred to M assault companies — units with the highest casualty rates.
