Ivan Tymochko, the head of the Council of Reservists of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, said this on Espreso TV."In order to announce general mobilization, Putin needs some precedent. He needs to justify to the Russian population the need for mobilization. In this scenario, they need to completely change the information and ideological paradigm. However, everything will be clear with this. Propaganda will be able to tell Russians fables about “get up, you huge country” and so on. However, whether this will work on Russians remains a question," Tymochko explained.According to him, the Kremlin is trying to involve mercenaries, migrants and the military of other countries in the fighting in order to avoid mobilization in Russia."I think that the Kremlin perfectly monitors the mood of the Russian population and understands that the announcement of general mobilization could lead to the collapse of the Russian Federation. Putin is well aware of this, and that's why he is trying to replace Russians with anyone he can. In particular, the North Korean military, foreign mercenaries, as well as actively catching migrants throughout Russia who are forced to join the army. This is clearly seen even in those whom our guys are taking prisoners today. There are just a few Russians there, the rest are almost all migrants," he added.Citizens of Central Asian countries, in particular Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, are increasingly becoming targets of forced mobilization by Russian security forces.
