The company's CEO Oleksandr Komarov said that this process is actively progressing and should be completed in the third quarter of 2025, despite the war.Komarov also emphasized that Ukraine's telecom infrastructure has become much more resilient: during power outages, operators are able to maintain communication for up to 10 hours, even in the event of a national blackout.SpaceX did not comment on this information.As of September 2024, the number of users of the Starlink satellite Internet service exceeded 4 million.
