Attack on KharkivAt 01:36 a.m., Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported an explosion in the city.“There is an explosion in Kharkiv! A massive aerial attack on the city has begun — Russian strike drones are approaching Kharkiv. Be careful!” he added.A few minutes later, Terekhov reported several more explosions.“The first hit was preliminarily in the Kyivskyi district,” the mayor noted.By 01:43 a.m., Terekhov reported four explosions in the city.“As a result, there is a large fire. Russian strike drones are still in the air near the city,” he emphasized.At 01:43 a.m., Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov reported that, according to preliminary data, the Russians struck the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv with three Shahed-type drones. A few minutes later, he wrote about a fourth strike also in the Kyivskyi district.“Information about destruction and casualties is being clarified,” he added.At 01:51 a.m., Ihor Terekhov reported another explosion.“According to information that requires confirmation, all strikes hit several locations in the Kyivskyi district. So far, there is no information about casualties. The consequences are currently being assessed on-site,” Terekhov wrote at 02:06 a.m.At 02:03 a.m., Oleh Syniehubov reported three more Russian strikes on the Kyivskyi district of the city.“At present, there are fires at the sites of the hits,” he added.By 02:17 a.m., Ihor Terekhov reported that, according to preliminary information, 11 strikes were recorded in Kharkiv.“One of them was near a high-rise in the Kyivskyi district. So far, no casualties, but there is a fire near the building. The consequences of all strikes on Kharkiv are being clarified,” the mayor added.Later, it became known that at one of the strike locations, windows in a residential complex were shattered, roads, tram tracks, and electric wires were damaged. A fire also broke out at a civilian enterprise due to the Russian attack.By 02:49 a.m., Ihor Terekhov reported that the Russians had carried out 12 strikes on Kharkiv.Attack on Kyiv“Six districts of the city were affected by the attack. The hardest hit was the Darnytskyi district, where a kindergarten, supermarket, warehouse facilities, and other non-residential buildings caught fire,” said Kyiv Military Administration head Timur Tkachenko.In the Shevchenkivskyi district, a multi-story residential building and the entrance to the Lukianivska metro station were damaged.In the Solomianskyi district, an administrative building was partially destroyed, and warehouses caught fire.At the same time, there was minor damage in the Holosiivskyi, Dniprovskyi, and Sviatoshynskyi districts, mostly from falling debris.“Unfortunately, one person died. Seven others were injured. Among the injured is a child with multiple trauma,” he wrote.

Please stay in shelters until the all-clear,” wrote Timur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv Military Administration, at 01:33 a.m. At 01:52 a.m., Tkachenko reported that a roof of a non-residential building had caught fire in the Darnytskyi district as a result of a Russian attack. As of 04:01 a.m., the consequences of the UAV attack were recorded in three districts, Tkachenko said. In the Darnytskyi district:a fire on the roof of a high-rise building and a non-residential building;a fire in a supermarket.In the Shevchenkivskyi district:a fire in a residential building, balconies are burning at another address.In the Dniprovskyi district:a fire in the market stalls and debris falling on the territory of a kindergarten.At 04:08 a.m., a fire broke out in a non-residential building in the Solomianskyi district.Additionally, according to the head of the Kyiv Military Administration, the entrance to a metro station was damaged in the attack. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties.At 04:37 a.m., two more fires were recorded in the Darnytskyi district.“We are clarifying information about casualties,” Tkachenko wrote.Later, he announced that there was one fatality as a result of the attack.Also, a man with multiple injuries was hospitalized in the Darnytskyi district.By 05:31 a.m., the number of injured rose to two.In the Solomianskyi district, warehouse premises caught fire.Later, the State Emergency Service clarified that in the Shevchenkivskyi district, a balcony on the first floor of a 10-story residential building caught fire due to drone debris. The 150 sq. m fire was contained. One person was rescued, another was injured.In the Dniprovskyi district, commercial structures caught fire. The 500 sq.m fire was extinguished.In the Darnytskyi district, fires broke out at a garage cooperative and a preschool. Rescuers extinguished the fires.In the Sviatoshynskyi district, garages caught fire due to falling drone debris.
Additionally, according to the Kyiv Military Administration, the Lukianivska metro station is closed to passengers but is operating as a shelter. The above-ground part of the station was damaged in the attack.In the morning, authorities reported that Lukianivska station is closed for entry and exit; trains pass through without stopping. All other metro stations are operating normally, and train schedules are gradually being restored.As reported by the Telegram channel Real Kyiv, while people were in the underground part of the Lukianivska station, smoke appeared on the platform due to damage to the above-ground section, causing panic among people.Ivano-FrankivskAt 03:13 a.m., Ivano-Frankivsk Mayor Ruslan Martsinkiv reported air defense activity.He warned that it "might get loud" in the city.At 03:50 a.m., Martsinkiv again reported air defense work in the city.“The air defenses are active! In one village of the community, windows were broken. There are casualties! Preliminary reports say all are alive with minor injuries,” he wrote at 05:09 a.m.Later, he clarified that Ivano-Frankivsk was subjected to a combined strike using missiles and Shahed drones.According to him, infrastructure damage was recorded in three villages of the community. The scale of destruction is being clarified. It is confirmed that there are casualties in one village, but their injuries are assessed as minor. Information is still being verified for two other villages in the community.“Unfortunately, there were many strikes. Thanks to the air defenses and everyone involved in defending Ivano-Frankivsk. This is the largest attack since the full-scale invasion,” Martsinkiv said.
