The video contains only staged footage without any verified facts.“Such fabrications are a typical tool of Russia’s information warfare,” the CCD noted. “The Kremlin routinely uses fake confessions, fabricated exposés, and staged testimonies to shift blame for its own crimes onto Ukraine, cover up military defeats, and justify strikes on civilian infrastructure.”Russian propagandists are exploiting the incident in Zakarpattia, trying to incite interethnic hostility.
