Maksym Nesvitaylov, political scientist and international expert, stated this on Espreso TV.He commented on the absence of Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth at the Ramstein meeting."I don't think this is that important, because the United States of America is generally not involved in aiding Ukraine in the Ramstein format," the political scientist said.In his opinion, Ukraine will have a different format of interaction with the U.S."In particular, one tied to a possible agreement on cooperation in the development and production of drones. Our strategy, as I understand it, now involves adapting to the new U.S. military doctrine, which will include an emphasis precisely on small unmanned systems," Nesvitaylov noted. The expert believes that Ukraine, with its unique experience, can establish partnership relations and reach out to private contractors in the U.S., primarily attracting funds through them."That is, if it doesn't work out to pull directly from the state budget of the United States of America, it can be done through contractors, because in any case, the States will place these orders through private contractors, and they will then turn to Ukraine. A bit through intermediaries, of course, but we have what we have," he summarized.
