"The Commission has assessed those 13 reforms as completed and is proposing that the Council of the EU approve a €3.05 billion payment to Ukraine as the fourth tranche under the Ukraine Facility."The Commission spokesperson noted that the three unfulfilled reforms include one related to decentralization, another concerning the law reforming the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA), and a third involving the selection process for judges to the High Anti-Corruption Court.The European Commission welcomes the actions of Ukraine’s leadership to address the situation around the SAPO and NABU, and at the same time is cooperating with the Ukrainian side to ensure that its comments are properly taken into account.
