Ukrainian intel identifies Russian lieutenant colonel behind Shahed drone strikes on Ukraine

Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate reported the information.Ukrainian operatives identified Lieutenant Colonel Ruslan Negrub as the commander of the GROM Kaskad Separate Unmanned Aviation Brigade (military unit 35666-B), based in the city of Korenovsk, Krasnodar Krai. His unit is responsible for launching Shahed-type drones used in attacks on civilian and humanitarian infrastructure across Ukraine."War criminal Ruslan Negrub was born on January 4, 1983. Passport: series 9002 No. 447425, issued on April 17, 2003, by the Mozdok District Department of Internal Affairs, Republic of North Ossetia. He graduated from the Stavropol Higher Military Aviation Engineering School," the intelligence reported.Negrub is married and has a 20-year-old son.
