Ukraine to phase out MM-14 “pixel” camouflage in favor of NATO-style MM-25

This was reported by the Ministry of Defense’s official partner platform, Partner of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.Ukraine’s Central Directorate for Material Support Development has approved the new MM-25 camouflage pattern for official use. It will now be used to produce military apparel for Ukrainian troops.The official design has not yet been made public, but according to sources like Boroshno News and First Division, MM-25 closely resembles the Multicam pattern used by NATO forces and performs well in a wide range of terrain.There is no confirmed timeline for the full transition. Given the size of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the switch could take several years. It also remains unclear when the first batches of the new uniform will be delivered to military units.What is Multicam?Multicam is a camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in cooperation with the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs).
