The museum’s official Facebook page shared the information.On the night of April 19, 2024, Russian troops launched a devastating attack on Ukraine using Shahed drones and missiles, with Dnipro and its surrounding region bearing the brunt of the assault. Several lives were lost, including two children, and many were injured.Following the most massive missile strike on Dnipro, the Time Machines museum succeeded in collecting unique artifacts connected to this tragic event. Among the additions to the collection are a crushed ZAZ 1102 Tavria car, which was parked in the yard of a house at 1 Vokzalna Square, and two motorboats from the Som boat station.“Continuing our mission to preserve the historical memory of the ongoing war, the museum has added new valuable artifacts to its collection — fragments of wreckage from damaged rolling stock affected during the Russian missile attack on April 19, 2024,” the museum reported.They emphasized that these collected artifacts will form the core of the upcoming exhibition titled ‘War Around’, which aims to reveal the devastating impact of Russian missile strikes on the city’s civilian and industrial infrastructure, while preserving memory and documenting history.For more details on the April 19, 2024, attack on Dnipro, please follow the link.
