President Donald Trump has said that in the case of Russia, the United States could not impose tariffs to exert pressure and end the war in Ukraine, but Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin wants to trade with the US and "make a lot of money for Russia".

I think he wants to come in and he wants to trade with us, and he wants to make a lot of money for Russia, and I think that's great."
