Details: The Kremlin ruler boasted that "only domestic materials" are used in the Poseidon and Burevestnik missiles.
He also said that new generations of weapons are already being developed based on a nuclear propulsion system similar to that used in the Burevestnik.
According to Putin, these technologies "will help build a station on the Moon".
The Russian ruler claimed that a NATO reconnaissance ship had been present in the Burevestnik test zone on 21 October, but that Russia had not interfered with its activities.
"Let them watch," he said.
He also stated that Russia has begun mass production of the Oreshnik missile system.
Putin insisted that Russia poses no threat to anyone: "Russia, like all the other nuclear powers, is developing its nuclear potential."
