What is known about Putins henchmans visits to Ukraine Natalia Dmitrieva, the sister of the Kremlins chief negotiator Kirill Dmitrieva, traveled to Ukraine in February 2025 on an American passport, multiple insiders confirmed to me, Katie Livingston reported.
