The partisan movement Atesh shared the information on its Telegram channel. The partisans report that they constantly monitor key bays and Russian Black Sea Fleet facilities in temporarily occupied Crimea.“Every movement of Russian ships, every unit of equipment is under our control. After successful strikes on the fleet, Russian occupiers are in panic: they try to cover everything with camouflage nets, move equipment at night, and keep air defenses on constant alert,” writes Atesh.Special attention is given to the situation around the submarine Rostov-on-Don.“Struck twice by the Ukrainian Defense Forces, largely thanks to our agents, it has still not been repaired. According to our sources in the Black Sea Fleet, the submarine was raised, but repairs have not begun, likely because the damage proved too severe, and restoration is currently limited by resources and time,” the report says.On August 3, 2024, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Russian Black Sea Fleet submarine Rostov-on-Don and a Russian S-400 missile system in temporarily occupied Crimea.
