The Russian state news agency RIA Novosti quoted his statement.“I would like, while he [Zelenskyy] is meeting with Putin — he has expressed this publicly, on all channels — I would just like to talk to him. I think the time has come for us to enter into consultations. From the beginning of the ‘special military operation,’ I have said that we, the leaders of the three Slavic states, need to sit down and reach an agreement — to end this incomprehensible war. We need to come to an agreement. We will come to an agreement,” Lukashenko said. The Belarusian leader also warned that Zelenskyy risks losing all of Ukraine if he does not accept Russia’s proposals."There is a good proposal on the table. Putin and I discussed it, but I will not talk about it. The ‘president’ himself will voice it. It's a good offer. The proposals on Ukraine, which were heard by Donald Trump in Alaska, have been taken to Washington for consideration and discussion. It's a very good offer," Lukashenko said. The self-proclaimed president of Belarus also responded to Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s statement that Russian officials should either stop the war or ensure they know the locations of bomb shelters.“You can say and declare anything. But if the Kremlin strikes Bankova, what will be left there? Therefore, Volodymyr Oleksandrovych needs to calm down,” Lukashenko said.
